This program integrates children with a wide variety of developmental disabilities. Some examples are ASD, ADHD and FASD. Stillwood recognises that there are varying developmental disabilities all with their own scale of functionality.
Young Adult Camps, for campers 18-40 years of age, are open to a variety of chronic illnesses and disabilities and serve to continue to deliver summer camp activities and fun peer-oriented communication experienced in our standard summer camps.
PRDA is pleased to be able to offer both therapeutic and beginner summer horseback riding again this year. Summer session at PRDA is completely inclusive and everyone is encouraged to give horseback riding a try!
Designed to provide 15-17 year old girls with the skills required to pursue leadership roles within their community. Located in Ottawa.
Kodiak campers range in age from 6-18 and include children & teens with and without Learning Disabilities, ADHD, NLD, High-functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder and Asperger Syndrome. They come from Canada, the U.S.A. and around the world.
A strictly hands-on experience where children and adults can touch, feel and thoroughly learn about a diverse range of subjects. Innovative exhibits allow visitors to explore the last days of the Titanic, learn about Canada’s Indian Residential Schools, the prison system and the evolution of the motorcycle.
